Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 70 years; 2. Diagnosis of MM according to established diagnostic criteria; 3. WB-DWI performed according to our standard MM protocol; 4. Autologous stem cell transplantation was performed in all patients; 5. WB-DWI was performed before and after four-courses induction chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded patients with history of bony disorders other than MM. We also excluded all imaging datasets degraded by body motion or other artifacts.
