Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients or inpatients of Kangning Hospital of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, aged>= 60 years old, no gender restriction; 2. Meet the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for AD; 3. All patients / guardians need to sign written informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental illness; 2. History of head surgery and severe trauma; 3. Have severe cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy and other neurological diseases; 4. There is metal in the skull or there are known or unknown intracranial implants; 5. Other systemic diseases that can cause dementia, such as hypothyroidism, high blood calcium, vitamin B12 deficiency, neurosyphilis, normal pressure hydrocephalus, subdural hematoma, etc.; 6. Suicidal tendency exists, and there are patients who attempt suicide in January; 7. Anyone who does not meet the criteria for inclusion in the test of magnetic resonance scanning or transcranial magnetic stimulation; 8. A history of alcohol, drugs or / and substance abuse and related medical records; 9. Any possible obstacles that cannot follow the research protocol, such as speech disorders. 10. Participants in other clinical trials within 4 weeks; 11. People who use drugs that can affect results.
