20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Two or more consecutive spontaneous abortions occurred. 2. Aged 20-45 years. 3. There was no history of cognitive impairment. 4. Those who can cooperate with fundoscopy. 5. No anticoagulant or fibrinolytic drugs were used in the past 2 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal chromosome analysis of husband and wife; female endocrine disorders; multiple microbial infections; organic lesions of female reproductive tract; positive antisperm antibody, anti endometrial antibody and anti zona pellucida antibody; abnormal semen routine analysis of male. 2. Patients with mental illness and serious complications of internal and external medicine. 3. Anticoagulant or fibrinolytic drugs were used in the past 2 months. 4. Both husband and wife have obvious abnormalities in liver and kidney function, virus detection, ECG, blood and urine routine.
