Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for thoracic surgery; 2. ASA 2-3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental illness or communication difficulties for other reasons; 2. Alcohol dependence or a long history of analgesics; 3. Severe systemic disease and poor control; 4. Transfer into ICU postoperatively for unpredicted reason.
