Group 1:20ml 0.375% Ropivacaine would be injected into the paravertebral space every 12h
Group 2:A total of 20ml of 0.3ug/kg dexmedetomidine and 0.375% ropivacaine would be injected into the paravertebral space every 12h

18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 18-65 years old; 2) ASA rating I - II; 3) Patients parpare for VATS lobectomy, pulmonary segment resection and wedge resection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Participating in other clinical trials or taking other clinical trial drugs before being enrolled in the study; 2) Patients cannot communicate well, and patients or their families are unwilling to carry out the experiment; 3) BMI > 30, or body weight 800ml; 8) Abnormal liver and kidney function, abnormal blood coagulation function.
