18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-85 years, either sex, with indications for bronchoscopy; (2) informed consent has been signed by patients or their legally authorized representatives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the American Association of anesthesiologists physical condition scale (ASA grade) IV or V grade; (2) hepatic and renal disfunction; (3) blood platelet less than 50.0x10^9/L; (4) have a history of neuropsychosis, need to take psychotropic drugs for a long time; (5) do not cooperate, incapable of communicate, without guardian; (6) patients undergoing bronchoscopy through artificial airway; (7) coagulation dysfunction and severe cardiopulmonary disease.
