10 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with hematological malignancies; 2. Receive allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 3. Have no suitable haploidentical offspring donor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Standard risk without matched sibling donor and haploidentical sibling donor; 2. Contraindications for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation: severe cardiopulmonary, hepatorenal dysfunction, active infection, etc.; 3. ECOG performance status>2; 4. Mental disorder history.
