Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Informed consent signed by the patient or legally authorized representative; (2) Conformed acute myeloid leukemia according to WHO classification, being identified as normal karyotype; (3) Aged 15–60 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those who are identified as PML-RARa positive, CBFßMYH11 positive or AML1-ETO positive
