Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Typical clinical manifestations, in line with the diagnostic criteria for herpes zoster; all were first-time visits; age 30 to 80 years old; patients who knew the purpose of the study and agreed to cooperate with the study and signed informed consent to participate in the study on a voluntary basis; missing patients were not included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with other causes of nerve pain; self or hospitals to give antiviral, nutritional nerve treatment; course of disease more than 10 days; combined with serious heart, lung, kidney disease; patients with long-term use of hormones and immunosuppressive agents; patients with malignant tumors undergoing treatment; and patients with other contraindications for hormones.
