Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery; 2. Aged >= 65 years; 3. ASA III and IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused. 2. Patients with atrial fibrillation or non-sinus rhythm; 3. Patients who are unable to undergo subxiphoid process transthoracic echocardiography; 4. Local anesthesia surgery such as body surface surgery, outpatient surgery, ophthalmic surgery, endoscopic surgery, etc..
