65 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who underwent elective operation; (2) ASA grade I ~ III; (3) Unconscious disorder; (4) Elderly patients aged between 65 and 80 years old; (5) BMI 18 to 25 kg/m2; (6) Elective operation patients with fasting and fasting before operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe valvular heart disease and cardiac insufficiency; (2) Patients with respiratory diseases such as pleural effusion; (3) Patients with increased intra-abdominal pressure or liver cirrhosis; (4) Intestinal flatulence ultrasound can not accurately measure or distinguish patients with IVC images; (5) Severe peripheral vascular disease; (6) Those who refuse to sign informed consent and do not cooperate; (7) Patients with soft tissue damage and infection of chest and abdomen wall can not be examined by ultrasound; (8) Patients who use vasoactive drugs before operation.
