Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 50 years; 2. Educational level is greater than 6 years; 3. Normal vision and hearing; 4. Multi-domain amnestic MCI and mild AD patients diagnosed by neurologists as (NIA-AA standard), normal people; 5. Stable condition, sober consciousness, stable vital signs; 6. Volunteer participation, signed by the patient himself or signed by his or her immediate family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other severe neurological diseases or cerebral infarction in key brain area; 2. Combined with severe mental illness; 3. Cognitive disorders caused by other types of diseases, such as Parkinson; 4. Previous severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure; 5. Uncontrollable hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease, and poor control of diabetes comorbidities; 6. Participating in other clinical trials; 7. Poor compliance with research.
