Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Observation group: 1. Children with HSP: a. With a history of typical rash, meet the HSP diagnostic criteria established by the immunology group of pediatric branch of Chinese Medical Association in 2013; b. Aged <= 18 years. 2. Children with HSPN: a. Have a typical history of Henoch-Schnlein purpura; b. Meet the HSPN diagnostic criteria established by the nephrology group of pediatric branch of Chinese Medical Association in 2016; c. Aged <= 18 years. 3. Children with IgA nephropathy: a. With IgA nephropathy confirmed by renal pathology; b. Aged <= 18 years. 4. Children with nephrotic syndrome: a. Meet the diagnostic criteria for children with primary nephrotic syndrome; b. Aged <= 18 years. Healthy control group: 1. Aged <= 18 years; 2. No severe physical illness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been treated with hormones or immunosuppressants; 2. Those with history of drug abuse; 3. With gastrointestinal diseases. 4. Received microecology treatment within 4 weeks.
