Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Clearly diagnosed as NB children; (2) Chinese han children; (3) Preliminary clearance of the corresponding genome-wide chip screening of children.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The child was accepted at the first diagnosis in our hospital (including chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other treatments); (2) Secondary NB children; (3) NB children with recurrence; (4) Patients and their families are reluctant to refer to this study.
