Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With one side lesion diagnosed by CT or MRI; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. Simple motor dysfunction, proximal upper limb Brunnstrom stage II to IV; 4. Have certain cognitive ability, MMSE score: above middle school >=22; primary school >=20 points; Grade school >=17 points; 5. The patient has no obvious visual impairment and can understand visual information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with alzheimer's disease and decreased comprehension; 2. Patients with severe anxiety and depression; 3. Patients with severe visual and hearing impairment; 4. Motor dysfunction of both upper limbs caused by bilateral brain injury; 5. Motor function recovered well in patients with Brunnstrom stage IV or above; 6. Patients with severe shoulder pain in the affected upper limb, fractures and after surgery; 7. Implanted with metal; 8. Participating other clinical study.
