Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. Patients with dysphagia after the first posterior circulation ischemic stroke confirmed by clinical and imaging evaluation; onset of symptoms within 1-2 months before enrollment; 3. Dependent of nasogastric tube to provide nutrition; 4. Scored 23 or higher measured by the Mini Dementia Scale (MMSE).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Disorder of consciousness; 2. History of epilepsy; 3. Unstable condition, such as severe pneumonia and compensatory congestive heart failure; 4. Dysphagia due to other etiologies; 5. Nasopharyngeal cancer, head and neck cancer, oral cancer or radiotherapy history of other head and neck diseases; 6. MRI cannot be performed due to intracranial metal devices or other implanted devices; 7. unwilling to participate in clinical research.
