Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) aged >=18 years old; 2) intracerebral hemorrhage confirmed by cranial CT; 3) onset time less than 12 hours; 4) first onset or re-onset but before baseline modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score of 0-2 prior to ICH; 5) signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) traumatic cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage and subdural hemorrhage, Cerebral hemorrhage caused by vascular malformations and tumors; 2) patients with intracranial infection; 3) CNS degenerative diseases diagnosed, Such as AD, PD, and dementia of various causes; 4) patients with hemorrhagic transformation of cerebral infarction; 5) patients with severe organic diseases, such as heart failure, liver and renal insufficiency, malignant tumors, etc., and the expected survival time is less than 1 year; 6) pregnant and perinatal women; 7) patients also participated in other studies (such as drug clinical randomized controlled trials, etc.)
