20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing elective liver surgery with subcostal incision; (2) ASA I to III; (3) Aged 20 to 65 years; (4) BMI 18.0~28.0 kg/m2; (5) liver function Child A to B level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to local anesthetics; (2) Coagulation dysfunction; (3) Local skin infection or scar at the puncture site; (4) Analgesic and sedative drugs abuse; (5) Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and other organs; Child C level of liver function (6) Mental disorders or inability to communicate; (7) Peripheral neuropathy; (8) Failure to match visual analogue score (VAS); (9) Shock, serious cardiovascular events and other serious accidents occurred during the operation; (10) Refused or dropped out of the study.
