Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old, RA was diagnosed with the ACR classification criteria in 1987 or the ACR/EULAR classification criteria in 20102. 2. During the screening and baseline periods, the swollen joints counts (SJC) should be >=6, while with a disease activity score of 28 joints (DAS28) > 3.2 the tender joints count (TJC) should be >=6, Laboratory test ESR >=28mm/h, or CRP >= 20mg/l; 3. Before the study baseline and during the study period, stable doses of csDMARDs were allowed; 4. Pregnancy was prohibited during the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with viral hepatitis or patients with previous drug-induced liver injury; 2. Subjects with rheumatoid autoimmune diseases other than rheumatoid arthritis; 3. Patients with active or potential infection, or previous history of active tuberculosis; 4. With other serious disease requiring active treatment (cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, endocrine diseases, digestive system diseases, nervous system diseases. hematological system diseases, mental illness and so on); 5. Be pregnancy or lactation;6. People with malignant tumors.
