Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: With a history of myopia myopic astigmatism; central corneal thinning conical protrusion, and Munsons sign, vogts striae or Fleischers ring on slit-lamp examination, along with signs of KC topographic characteristics (displacement of the corneal apex, decrease in thinnest-point pachymetry, asymmetric topographic pattern).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Eyes with stromal scarring or corneal inflammation, history of glaucoma, corneal or ocular surgery, trauma or systemic diseases known to affect the eyes, or poor cooperation for reliable examination. In addition, the soft contact lens wear was discontinued at least 2 weeks and rigid contact lenses were discontinued at least 4 weeks before the examination.
