Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent; 2. Histopathological diagnosis of prostate cancer; 3. Metastasis confirmed by imaging or pathology (meet the RECIST standard); 4. Serum testosterone reached castration level (< 50ng / dL or < 1.7nmol / L); 5. Three consecutive rises in PSA one week apart resulting in two 50% increases over the nadir; 6. ECGO Score 0 or 1 (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group criteria); 7. There was no obvious abnormality in blood routine, coagulation, liver and renal function; 8. 66 / 642 panel gene detection via blood / blood + tumor tissue has been carried out in the past.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Histopathological diagnosis of neuroendocrine or small cell prostate cancer; 2. High blood pressure and poor drug control; 3. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 4. Abnormal coagulation function with bleeding tendency; 5. Being treated with thrombolysis or anticoagulation; 6. The liver and renal function are obviously abnormal, which leads to the intolerance of target therapy and chemotherapy; 7. Infection with HIV, or have other acquired or congenital immunodeficiency diseases, or have a history of organ transplantation.
