Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral apoplexy in the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular diseases formulated by the fourth national conference on cerebrovascular diseases in 1995; 2. First, unilateral onset or previous onset but no left neurological dysfunction, stable condition, clear consciousness for 3 months; 3. The standing position of the patient can maintain self-dynamic balance; 4. Under orthotopic, the affected upper limb Brunnstrom >= 4 stage; 5. Ashworth <= 2; 6. Aged 40-75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Quadriplegia patients; 2. Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and infection; 3. Unable to cooperate due to severe cognitive and communication barriers; 4. Vestibular dysfunction, visual impairment, lateral neglect, etc.; 5. Shoulder - hand syndrome, shoulder pain, shoulder joint fracture, etc..
