18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Drinking AUDIT questionnaire, alcohol harmful use score > 7 points; 2. aged 18-65 years old; 3. able to complete this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. digestive system malignant tumor; 2. inflammatory bowel disease; 3. claustrophobia, metal object and other magnetic resonance examination contraindications; 4. can not cooperate with MRI scan; 5. image quality can not meet the analysis; Pregnant women and lactating women.
