metformin group:metformin 1000-1500mg/d for 52 weeks

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged from 18 to 75 years old; 2. The score of Hoehn and Yahr =18.5kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Using DPP4 inhibitor or GLP1 analogues within 3 months before trial initiation; 2. eGFR3 ULN or TBIL>2 ULN).
