Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis criteria: thyroid follicular carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology; 2. Inclusion criteria: patients suspected of thyroid follicular carcinoma were punctured before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other types of thyroid cancer or clear benign tumor confirmed by puncture results; 2. those who can't complete the original operation plan due to taboo in the medical history and routine examination; 3. Patients with other tumors; 4. Patients who do not have enough tumor tissue for immunohistochemistry test after operation.
