18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years old, be locally reside and be able to attend clinic for follow-up exam; 2. with a diagnosis of a peripheral vestibular disorder other than benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV); have been experiencing dizziness and/or unsteadiness longer than 2 months; 3. the cause is unknown, but the symptoms have lasted for more than 2 months, the central or other diseases that may cause dizziness / instability have been excluded; 4. ownership of a smartphone and be accessible to the internet; 5. willing to participate and to comply with the proposed training program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe cervical disease, fracture and craniocerebral injury, which may contraindicate movement; 2. with important organ failure or other serious organ diseases; 3. with severe neurological or psychiatric history; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. have participated in other clinical trials of drugs or medical devices in the past 3 months.
