Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-80 years old; (2) The diagnosis conforms to the diagnostic criteria in the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2014; (3) At the first month of onset, the hamd-17 score was >= 8 points and the PSQI score was greater than 7 points, indicating the existence of sleep disorders. (4) The patient and his family members voluntarily signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Lacunar cerebral infarction without neurological defect; (2) The combination of serious aphasia can not cooperate; (3) Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction, visual and auditory impairment, etc. who cannot complete the evaluation; (4) With a history of central nervous system diseases, such as Parkinson's disease, senile dementia, brain trauma, etc.; (5) Have depression or are taking antidepressants; (6) Previous history of stroke and left no nerve functional defect; (7) Before the onset of insomnia; (8) Today with serious internal diseases, such as liver and kidney failure, heart failure and tumor; (9) The information is incomplete and we cannot insist on following visitors.
