Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria of western medicine: the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome is based on Rotterdam standard. Syndrome differentiation standard of phlegm and dampness in TCM: Main syndrome: 1. long marriage with infertility; 2. long menstrual cycle, or gradually amenorrhea; 3. less menstrual volume, light color. Accompanied syndrome: 1. obesity; 2. The stomach ruffians full; 3. loose stool; 4. more belt down. Tongue pulse: tongue light fat, white greasy coating, pulse slip and weak. Three main syndrome must have, with 1-2 accompanied syndrome, can be diagnosed with reference to the tongue pulse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) hyperprolactinemia, thyroid disease, Cushing's syndrome, congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia, androgen-secreting tumor and other diseases that can lead to hyperandrogenemia; (2) acute inflammation of the reproductive system; (3) a history of major mental illness or family history.
