Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary caregivers of patients with acute oral toxicosis, aged 18 or above; Patients and their families have good compliance; All subjects or their guardians must sign the subject consent before entering the study; Plan to enroll 300 eligible patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Primary caregivers of patients with acute poisoning, aged less than 18 years; Patients and their families with poor compliance and caregivers with severe mental illness
