18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age over 18 years, who presented with an undiagnosed exudative pleural effusion; 2. The patient himself voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients were excluded when they were presented with multiple pleural adhesions, transudative hydrothorax, severe respiratory failure, unresolved coagulation disorders, uncontrolled hypertension, anesthetic allergy or pregnancy; (2)Patients whose thoracoscopic vedio images were blurred or lost.
