Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertility patients aged 40-45 years old and body mass index 18.5-29 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with endocrine disease or metabolic disease; 2. Chromosomal abnormalities; 3. Patients whose husband need spercutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration or testicular sperm extraction.
