Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residents of Guangzhou City, with a residence period of >=1 year and aged >=60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The assessment cannot be completed due to hearing, vision, language, literacy, etc.; 2) Residents suffering from serious diseases that are life threatening or are about to die; 3) People with severe schizophrenia and mental retardation; 4) The household registration is in the survey place, but does not live in the survey place for a long time (separation of households and households); 5) Refusal to participate or refusal of informed consent.
