18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy or indications for nephrectomy or total nephrectomy; 2) able to eat and drink independently through the mouth; 3) aged >=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with delayed gastric emptying (DGE); 2) patients with abnormal gastrointestinal peristalsis; 3) patients with gastroesophageal reflux; 4) pregnant women, liver, kidney and heart dysfunction; 5) patients with autoimmune diseases.
