38 Years to 73 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. radicular pain, numbness and weakness of the upper extremities for more than 6 months; 2. undergone more than 3 months regular conservative therapy; 3. follow-up period were more than 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. other types of cervical spondylosis, and other cervical spine diseases; 2. thoracic outlet syndrome, frozen shoulder, and peripheral neuropathy; 3. conservative therapy is successfully; 4. contraindications to surgery; 5. refused surgical intervention.
