Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First onset cerebral infarction patient; 2. Aged 35 ~ 80 years old; 3. the course of the disease is within 48; 4. the patient has corresponding symptoms and signs of focal nervous system defect; 5. head CT, MRI or DWI imaging confirmed acute cerebral infarction; 6. informed consent and good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. exclude patients with severe infection and autoimmune diseases; 2. patients with malignant tumor, atrial fibrillation, thyroid disease and severe liver and kidney dysfunction should be excluded; 3. exclude cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor, hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy and other neurological diseases; 4. exclude patients with a history of myocardial infarction within 3 months; 5. exclude patients who have taken drugs within 3 months (such as methotrexate, antiepileptic drugs, etc.) that affect the results of this study; 6. exclude thrombolytic patients; 7. coma patients.
