Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients was diagnosed as nasopharyngeal carcinoma by Eye & ENT Hospital of Fudan University; (2) Patients signed the informed consent; (3) Patients Age between 20-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe metabolic disease or malnutrition; pregnant women or patients in lactation; patients with severe infection; patients with other cancers.
