Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Persistent hypertension: more than 150/100mmhg blood pressure three times in different days; refractory hypertension: the blood pressure is still more than 140/90mmHg under the treatment of three antihypertensive drugs (including diuretics); only four or more antihypertensive drugs can control the blood pressure below 140/90mmHg; 2) Hypertension with spontaneous hypokalemia or hypokalemia induced by diuretics; 3) Hypertension with adrenal incidentaloma; 4) Hypertension with obstructive sleep apnea; 5) Hypertension patients with family history of early-onset hypertension or family history of early-onset cerebrovascular accident (< 40 years old); 6) The first degree relatives with hypertension were found in PA patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Acute and chronic heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2) Patients with arrhythmia, stroke, transient ischemic attack, angina pectoris and myocardial infarction; 3) Pregnancy and taking contraceptives, sex hormones or glucocorticoids, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs licorice and its preparations; 4)Alcoholic; 5) History of cancer; 6) Secondary hypertension or white coat hypertension with definite etiology; 7) Uncontrolled diabetes, trauma and infection stress.
