Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Imaging confirmed that patients with full-thickness rotator cuff tear >= 3cm or involving two tendons. 2. Aged 18 ~ 75 years. 3. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with trauma or other shoulder joint diseases and malignant diseases. 2. History of shoulder joint neurological or muscular atrophy disease. 3. Unable to cooperate with the inspector. 4. Patients with other contraindications to surgery. 5. Endocrine diseases that affect bone metabolism: gonadal, thyroid gland, thyroid disease, etc.. 6. Long-term use of bisphosphates, glucocorticoids or other drugs that affect bone metabolism. 7. And various congenital and acquired bone metabolism disorders, etc..
