Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) A clear diagnosis of type 2 diabetes; 2) No acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, etc. in the past 6 months 3) No recent acute complications of diabetes such as diabetic ketoacidosis, hypertonic coma or hypoglycemia; 4) Exclude other diseases that can cause secondary osteoporosis: hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, rheumatoid arthritis, kidney disease, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Combining inflammatory diseases such as lung infection, urinary tract infection, and stress state; 2) Taking vitamin D, calcium, bisphosphonates, glucocorticoids and other drugs that affect bone metabolism in the past 6 months; 3) Malignant tumor.
