Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-70 years; colorectal cancer was diagnosed by accurate staging before surgery. MRI showed partial T1 and T2-T4 colorectal cancer with enlarged lymph nodes; no distant metastasis; no obstructive symptoms; no other primary Cancer; adequate organ function; pericyclic diameter of transrectal NOSES surgical specimens <5cm, pericyclic diameter of transvaginal NOSES surgical specimens <7cm; BMI index <30; patients or family members understand and agree to the study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a history of abdominal surgery; a history of psychiatry; those who can not obtain stable follow-up information and unaccompanied; male tumors are located in the right and transverse colon.
