Outdoor sports group:Guaranteed at least two hours of outdoor activities per day

Control the time of using electronics products:Electronic products no more than 15 minutes per day, no more than 1 hour

Natural development group:Without any intervention

Nutrition intervention group:Provide a nutritionally balanced diet

Inclusion criteria: Students in Wenzhou (Primary school, Junior high school, Senior high school)
