Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: (1) In line with the diagnostic criteria of the fourth session of cerebrovascular disease in China, and diagnosed as cerebral pawn by craniocerebral CT or MRI, the condition is stable after treatment; (2) Before the onset of the disease, the ability of daily living activities was completely independent, but not completely independent (BI index score less than 100 points); (3) Awareness, communication barrier-free, informed consent. Caregivers: (1) The main caregivers of patients, the time of caring for patients >= 4h/d; (2) Normal cognitive and language functions; (3) Carers who are conscious and give informed consent to participate in the study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: Patients with other critical diseases (such as malignant tumor, heart failure, kidney failure, respiratory failure and other critical diseases) shall be excluded; Caregivers: (1) Paid staff such as volunteers or escorts participate in the care (paid caretakers); (2) Carers own patients with serious acute and chronic diseases such as cancer; (3) A history of mental illness.
