Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for blood diseases (aplastic anemia, leukemia, lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome, thalassemia, etc.); 2. All subjects were female and had menstruation before treatment; 3. Signed the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female subjects had no menstruation before treatment (menopause, premature ovarian failure, decreased ovarian reserve function); 2. History of ovarian surgery after hysterectomy; 3. Abnormal sexual development (including congenital ovarian hypoplasia, namely Turner syndrome, XO/XY hypogonadal hypoplasia, simple hypogonadal hypoplasia, true hermaphroditism, congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia, androgen insensitivity syndrome); 4. Patients who have received radiotherapy; 5. Tumors that affect gonadal function.
