Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All fresh embryo, autologous oocyte IVF cycles for the first time at the Reproductive Medicine Center of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from 2015.10 to 2018.12 were collected.

Exclusion criteria: Exclude PGT.
