Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sepsis patients admitted to GICU, the diagnostic criteria of sepsis were defined and diagnosed according to the definition and diagnostic criteria of sepsis jointly issued by (SCCM) of American critical Medical Association and (ESICM) of European critical Medical Association in 2016. 2.Aged >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ocular trauma, vitreous hemorrhage, eye surgery, central nervous system infection, cerebrovascular accident, brain trauma or previous neurosurgery (including ventriculoperitoneal shunt); 2. Patients who refuse to undergo non-invasive ultrasound examination or patients whose interface is unclear or do not cooperate with the examination.
