Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-65 years old, 18.5<=BMI<30, ASA grade 1-2; (2) patients requiring intermuscular brachial plexus nerve block; (3) patients signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with infectious and damage skin at the site of puncture; (2) patients with basic respiratory diseases; (3) patients allergic to drugs involved in this study; (4) patients failing to follow instructions to breathe.
