Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Subjects 1. Volunteer participants who understand and sign the informed consent; 2. Healthy adults aged 18 to 65, sexuality is not limited; 3. Right handedness; 4. Without any special past medical history; 5. Without any pathological clinical symptoms or pathological changes judged by imaging. Stroke Patients 1. Voluntary participats who or whose family members understand and sign the informed consent; 2. Consistent with the diagnosis of stroke and confirmed by CT or MRI; 3. Mild stroke patients aged 18 to 65; 4. Course of post-stroke is more than 1 month and less than or equal to 6 months; 5. Brunnstrom grade III and above; 6. Vital signs are stable, without unconsciousness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Healthy Subjects 1. Incomplete clinical data (including but not limited to age, past history, personal history, etc.); 2. History of drug or alcohol abuse; 3. With contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation; 4. With metal implants such as implant teeth, wires or electrodes that cannot be removed; 5. Suspected or definite family history of epilepsy; 6. Women within childbearing age during pregnancy, lactation or without reliable contraceptive measures; 7. Participate other clinical trials that will affect the evaluation of the study results within 30 days before or during the study; 8. Those who can't complete the test, those who may have poor compliance (i.e. can't insist on treatment) and those who are difficult to follow up. Stroke patients 1. Diagnosed as Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease and other central motor dysfunction; 2. Serious cognitive, speech, hearing, vision and other dysfunction; 3. Serious basic diseases, such as liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, endocrine system, immune system and malignant tumor; 4. History of drug or alcohol abuse; 5. History of mental illness; 6. With contraindication of transcranial magnetic stimulation; 7. With aneurysmal clips, pacemakers, stents, cochlear implants and other metal implants in the body, or wires or electrodes that cannot be removed; 8. Suspected or definite history of epilepsy or family history of epilepsy; 9. Those whose treatment plan includes psychoactive drugs, antibiotics, tumor inhibitors and other drugs that can reduce the threshold of epileptic induction, which may face great risks according to the research; 10. Women of childbearing age who are pregnant, lactating or who do not take reliable contraceptive measures; 11. Participate other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the study results within 30 days before or during the study; 12. Those who are unable to complete the basic course of treatment, those who may have poor compliance (i.e. can't insist on treatment) and those who are difficult to follow up.
