18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing elective surgery in general surgery department of our hospital; (2) Regardless of gender; (3) Aged more than 18 and less than 60; (4) ASA: I - II level; (5) Body mass index (BMI) : 18.5-24.9 kg/m2; (6) no other analgesics were used within 1 week before inclusion; (7) Subjects voluntarily participate in the study and have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative history of psychological or mental illness; (2) Infection of the blocked puncture site; (3) Difficulty in communication; (4) Alcohol or drug abuse; (5) Evidence of serious cardiovascular, renal, blood or liver disease.
