18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-II; 2. aged 18-75 years; 3. patients without contraindications of general anesthesia; 4. patients without contraindications of cervical nerve pathway block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe respiratory diseases, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT or ast over 1.5 times of the upper limit of normal value, creatinine or urea nitrogen over the upper limit of normal value); patients with preoperative history of Alzheimer's disease, psychiatric diseases, long-term use of psychiatric drugs before operation or patients with drug abuse and alcohol addiction; patients with neurological injury confirmed by surgical operation ; patients with previous thoracic surgery; patients with tuberculosis and other acute respiratory infectious diseases; patients who refuse to sign informed consent.
