experimental group 2:10 mg/day dexamethasone and HBO2

42 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with a clear history of CO poisoning; 2) patients with a history of coma; 3) patients who met the criteria of DNS; 4) patients with Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of not more than 24; 5) and patients who provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who were allergic to dexamethasone; 2) patients with poor blood glucose control; 3) patients with renal insufficiency; 4) patients with original intellectual disability; 5) patients who were pregnant; 6) patients older than 80 years; 7) patients with bullae and pneumothorax; 8) and patients with contraindications to HBO2.
